Blockboard panels
They are light, ductile and cheap, made of stabilised poplar: the best alternative to solid wood. Joiners'shops and the furniture industry can thus rely on a product that is easy to machine and which provides excellent stability. To make them, we use poplar boards that have undergone six months of natural seasoning and a subsequent artificial drying cycle. This way the amount of humidity is reduced to the utmost and every residue of tension is eliminated from the wood fibre, while retaining maximum elasticity.
Veneered panels
Excellent value for money: very competitive cost and extremely careful manufacture. The use of chipboard supports made by us (stable, uniform, with very smooth surfaces), the quality of the cut sections (agreed from time to time with the customer according to specific application requirements), the manufacturing quality (done using modern large single-compartment presses) are all aspects that enable us to present personalised products according to the customer's individual needs.
Thin chipboard panels
This product is distinguished by continuous uniformity of surfaces, great stability and exceptional compactness. These panels are suitable for extra fine coverings, they are extremely versatile and can be easily painted, printed, covered with cut sections, veneer or paper. These panels are made using the Mende system which ensures very tight tolerances. The special care given to the refinement of the chipboard produces perfect surfaces and a high percentage of resin ensures exceptional product compactness and consistency. Our two modern systems, of different width, produce panels in a broad range of sizes and reduce waste to the utmost. The most updated and sophisticated technologies ensure a product that is highly reliable and above all with regular technical features.
Plywood and multiply
Experience extending over several decades and ongoing technological updating of systems enable us to make poplar plywood and multiply panels with regular quality characteristics and high reliability at competitive prices. The traditional range is completed by the new Multitecn panels, made of poplar multiply with micro-chipboard exterior. These are ideal for covering with thin and light-coloured cut sections, without any risk of surfacing or vacuums. The large quantity of resin in the micro-chipboard makes the edges easy to machine without burrs. Thanks to our industrial flexibility, we are able to supply panels tailored to the needs of our customers.
Isotop panel
This is a pre-composite panel in wood and Isotop type single-layer extruded polystyrene, featuring a patented male and female fixed joint without thermal bridge, self-supporting and transitable, with dimensions 2400×1200 millimetres. Thickness and relevant transmittancy are shown on the Isotop technical features chart available on request, including by e-mail.
